ANK prides on delivering beautiful, quality, handcrafted body jewelleries,  which includes handpieces, headpieces and armbands; statement necklaces and earrings. We also design and manufacture custom orders for our silver jewelleries.

All pieces made by ANK are meticulously handmade at our workroom in Singapore.

Some of our jewellery pieces are also curated from various workshops and sold under our brand.

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE COMMITMENT

Quick response – queries and order confirmations will be answered within 24 hours (excluding weekends). It is our commitment to delivery goods to you by the critical date. If you have a rush order please send us and email or phone so we can ensure we prioritise your order.

RETURNS POLICY

As we pride on delivering beautiful, quality, handcrafted jewellery, and if for whatever reason an item ordered isn’t suitable you can exchange within 7 days of purchase, we do not offer refunds.

If an item is damaged on delivery we are always happy to replace or repair free of charge,

Please add your invoice number in the package and we will contact you once we have received it to discuss your exchange.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping of their order as well as the re-shipping fee back to them.

Please note that due to health and safety regulations we can not accept earrings, including sets with earrings, headpieces and all body jewellery items, back for exchange. Please select wisely, if earrings prove to be faulty we will offer you an exchange or repair.

There is a 20% restocking fee charge for every item returned.

EXCHANGE FOR SIZE

While we are more than happy to assist where possible, it is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct size has been ordered.

For an accurate size, we offer our size chart for the body chains or do check the size of the product description itself. You could also contact Amy directly at ank@amynesskingsley.com to verify if the piece would fit you nicely.

We also accept orders via email and online.  Orders placed via the telephone we will still require a written confirmation.

REPAIRS

We are happy to carry out repairs free of charge provided the item is returned within 6 months of the purchase date and deemed a manufacturing fault.  A small fee will apply along with postage fees for items returned outside this period or not deemed a manufacturing fault.

Couture - Custom Order

If you require a custom piece or styling advice please make a one-on-one appointment with Amy today, either online or at the Singapore workshop.

We can also advise you via email. Please send your enquiry to shop@amynesskingsley.com

Send a picture of your gown, mention the colour, your event date and what you had in mind. E.g. you wanted a headpiece to go with your Grecian styled gown or long earrings to go with a strapless gown etc. Amy will be more than happy to discuss with you your designs.
