Your order constitutes a contractual offer and Our acceptance of that offer is deemed to occur upon Our sending an order confirmation email to you indicating that your order has been fulfilled and is on its way to you.

These Terms and Conditions also apply to customers buying Goods in the course of business.
International Users
If Goods are being ordered from outside Singapore, import duties and taxes may be incurred once your Goods reach their destination. We are not responsible for these charges and We undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. As the purchaser of the Goods, you will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the Goods are being imported. Please be aware that Goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and that We cannot guarantee that the packaging of your Goods will be free of signs of tampering. Please also be aware that Singapore consumer protection laws may not apply.

In order to purchase Goods on this Website and to use certain other parts of the System, you are required to create an Account which will contain certain personal details such as full name, address and contact informations which may vary based upon your use of the Website as We do not require Payment Information, as payment are accepted through Paypal. By continuing to use this Website you represent and warrant that:
1 all information you submit is accurate and truthful;
2 you will keep this information accurate and up-to-date. Your creation of an Account is further affirmation of your representation and warranty.
3 It is recommended that you do not share your Account details, particularly your username and password. We accept no liability for any losses or damages incurred as a result of your Account details being shared by you. 4 If you have reason to believe that your Account details have been obtained by another person without consent, you should contact Us immediately to suspend your Account and cancel any unauthorised purchases that may be pending. Please be aware that purchases can only be cancelled until they are dispatched. In the event that an unauthorised purchase is dispatched prior to your notifying Us of the unauthorised nature of the purchase, you will not be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.
Termination and Cancellation of Accounts
Either ANK Jewellery Ptd Ltd or you may terminate your Account. If We terminate your Account, you will be notified by email and an explanation for the termination will be provided. Notwithstanding the foregoing, We reserve the right to terminate without giving reasons.
If We terminate your Account, any current or pending purchases on your Account will be cancelled and will not be dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel purchases without stating reasons, for any reason prior to processing payment and dispatch.
If purchases are cancelled for any reason prior to dispatch you will be refunded any sums paid in relation to those purchases within 14 calendar days.
Goods, Pricing and Availability
Whilst every reasonable effort has been made to ensure that all graphical representations and descriptions of Goods available from Us correspond to the actual Goods, We are not responsible for variations from such descriptions. This does not exclude Our liability for mistakes due to negligence on Our part and refers only to minor variations of the correct Goods, not different Goods altogether. Please refer to Clause 19.1 for incorrect Goods.
Where appropriate, you may be required to select the required size, colour, number, quantity of the Goods that you are purchasing.
We neither represent nor warrant that Goods will be available. Stock indications are not provided on the Website however such indications may not take into account sales that have taken place during your visit to the Website.
All pricing information on the Website is correct at the time of going online. We reserve the right to change prices and alter or remove any special offers from time to time and as necessary.
Orders
No part of this Website constitutes a contractual offer capable of acceptance. Your order constitutes a contractual offer that We may, at Our sole discretion, accept. Our acceptance is indicated by Us sending to you an order confirmation email.
Order confirmations is as follows:
1 Confirmation of the Goods ordered;
2 Estimated delivery date and time;
3 Tracking number;
If We, for any reason, do not accept your order, no payment shall be taken under normal circumstances. In any event, any sums paid by you in relation to that order will be refunded within 14 calendar days.
For all our goods purchased by you will be dispatched from our office anywhere from 1 day up to 21 days, depending on the complexity of your order. Most of our jewellery are handmade, so please be patient with us.
Custom Orders
Custom Orders for either individual pieces or in bulk, we will inform you of the time frame when your order is placed.
For all custom orders and made-to-order purchases, you are given the possibility of making an advance payment for these items. This will ensure that these items will be made specially for you and that you will receive the items ordered. Custom Orders and Made-To-Order items generally takes 3 working days up to 21 working days, or longer, depending on the item(s) requested. Upon receiving your payment, ANK will contact you in regards to your Custom Orders and Made-To-Order purchase to inform you of the duration required to make your item and when the production process begins. Any cancellations of such orders must be made before we begin the production process of your order.
We would try our best to meet your timeline, but should the timeline we give you is not suitable for you, ANK will give you a full refund for your purchase, as long as you inform us before we begin the production process for your orders. Please be aware that once the order is in the production process, you may not cancel your order and should you cancel your order, there will be no refund. Once Custom Orders and Made-To-Order purchases are made, do look out for Our email. If you do not receive one, please email us at sparkle@ankjewellery.com or text us on WhatsApp for a call back/reply.
Please be aware that We may be unable to deliver selected Custom Orders and Made-To-Order merchandise due to production problems or quality check issues identified. In these circumstances we will notify you by email and refund the advance payment you have made for your Custom Orders and Made-To-Order to your credit/debit card within thirty days of being advised that merchandise has become unavailable.
Acceptance of Your Order
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order will be perfected upon completion of the packing of your order. Completion of the contract between you and ANK Jewellery will be perfected when we dispatch the goods to you at which time you will receive a second email containing you tracking number, and confirming that your order has been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in Singapore and the language of the contract is English. Neither our third party payment processor nor our nominated courier has the authority to accept an order on behalf of ANK Jewellery.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set-out within the T&C.
Furthermore, we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
Whilst every effort is made to make sure details on our website are accurate, we may from time to time discover an error in the pricing of products. If we discover an error in the pricing of a product in your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to accept or fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price and reserve the right to cancel such an order that has been accepted or is in transit. If you order a product that is priced incorrectly for any reason, we will email or telephone you to inform you that we have not accepted your order and/or that the relevant part of your order has been cancelled. If you have already paid for the goods, we shall refund the full amount as soon as we are able. In the event that products are recalled in transit, we will process your refund once the products have been returned to us.
Pricing Policy
Prices shown on the Site are in the following currencies US, Singapore, Euro and British Pounds, and are exclusive of taxes. If you are shipping within Singapore, local sales tax will be absorbed by us on all orders (where applicable).
From time to time, prices are subject to change in response to currency exchange rate changes,markdowns and other commercial factors. The price applicable to your order will be the price current at the time your order is accepted.
Customers purchasing from other countries outside of Singapore are likely to incur relevant import duty and tax. These costs are not included in the final purchase price. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from your countries postal agency or an import broker appointed by you. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in US Dollars, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
Payment
Payment can be made with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to ‘Log In’ and review the amount shown before clicking ‘Pay Now’.
Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to ANKJEWELLERY.COM.
If the issuer of your credit/debit card refuses to authorize payment to ANKJEWELLERY.COM we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we don’t have an item that you have ordered in stock, we’ll notify you by email immediately.
Sometimes, an item is out of stock and not expected to come back in stock, so we must cancel the item. In this case, if you paid with a credit/debit card, we will not charge you for the item or any taxes, shipping or handling charges.
We take reasonable care to make our Site secure. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using PAYPAL, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. ANKJEWELLERY.COM does not store your credit/debit card details on our systems.
Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
Delivery & Taxes
You will own the goods on and from the later of the point in time when: (a) we receive payment in full, or (b) we deliver the goods to you.
Due to the recent increase in cost for shipping, we are please to offer two shipping options, instead of just one. Please read carefully on the types of Shipping Options to choose upon check out. Should you choose one that is not appropriate for your order, we will send you an email to inform you of your most beneficial option.
There are two options to choose from for most countries.
1. Postage for Small Packages Only
2. Flat Rate For All Other Items
Postage for Small Packages Only
This option is more for purchases which are “small” and light weight items. For example, up to 3 of items like the Caius Pearl Body Chain
For delivery of items choosing this option, it will come in a small padded envelope.
Other examples would be for small earrings, or a small single ring or even small necklaces. Do check with us if you are unsure, otherwise if the items do not fall in the weight category for this option, we will inform you of the differences or offer you a more beneficial alternative for you.
Do note that Postage for Small Packages Only will be mailed to you through normal postage. Which means, from the Singapore Post Office to the Post Office in your country, and from there it is up to the distribution method of your country’s postal services.
This is not for a courier service. It may or may not require a signature upon receipt. There is no tracking number for this option.
Option Two: Flat Rate for All Other Items
Most of our statement pieces and body chains comes in our beautiful ANK box, which will then be placed in a padded envelope. This shipping option will go by courier. You are likely to receive within three days to four days once the item is shipped out.
Do check with us if you are unsure.
Do note that Flat Rate for All Other Items option comes with a tracking number, and that you are able to track your items.
Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 12 hours upon completion of the items. Delivery times appearing on the Site are estimates and are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Please note items are handmade.
In any event, We will deliver the goods to you within 20 days of the day on which We accept your order. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Goods Tax for International Customers
If Goods are being ordered from outside Singapore, import duties and taxes may be incurred once your Goods reach their destination. We are not responsible for these charges and We undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations
ANK do not accept Returns or Exchange for the jewellery pieces due to hygienic reasons.
Returns
Certain Sterling Silver pieces are allowed to be returned or exchanged. However, there is a 30% shelving fee for each product returned. Please note that you are responsible to send the product back to us, which means you would have to pay for the shipping back to us. The return would also need to be first approved by ANK. Please send us an email and wait to receive the Return Approval Code before sending the items to be returned. We would need to check if the item is approved for return first before we send you the return code.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for certain Sterling Silver pieces. You would need to send us an email for the exchange approval. Should the exchange be approved, ANK will send you an Exchange Approval Code If it is an approved exchanged, you are also responsible for the shipping the items back to us, and a shipping fee would be charged for sending the item back to you. For this type of exchange, there is no 30% shelving fee.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted as long as the items ordered are not shipped out yet, as once they are out, we are unable to stop the delivery process.
Cancellations are not accepted for custom orders or pre-order items. As these items have been made specially for you, and in this process of manufacturing, ANK have incurred costs to produce the custom pieces. Any items ordered as made to order, or custom pieces, or pre-order, full payment of the items are required.
Cancellations and Refunds are accepted when ANK does not have the product or we are not going to manufacture the item, then we will return your payment to you, the same way you have paid ANK.
Changes to the Service and these Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change the Website, its Content or these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be bound by any changes to the Terms and Conditions from the first time you use the Website following the changes. If We are required to make any changes to these Terms and Conditions pertaining to the sale of Goods by law, these changes will apply automatically to any orders currently pending in addition to any orders placed by you in the future.
Availability of the Website
The Website and any Service provided therein is provided “as is” and on an “as available” basis. We give no warranty that the Website or any Service will be free of defects and / or faults. To the maximum extent permitted by the law We provide no warranties (express or implied) of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, compatibility and satisfactory quality.
We accept no liability for any disruption or non-availability of the Website resulting from external causes including, but not limited to, ISP equipment failure, host equipment failure, communications network failure, power failure, natural events, acts of war or legal restrictions and censorship.
